Adult Learning

Don’t just stand there!

Learning at Waltham Forest College can make a real difference to your life – it can help you get qualifications to return to work, train in new skills to take your career to new or higher levels and build self-confidence to take on new challenges.

We hope you will find the course, or courses, at Waltham Forest College that meet your needs. We offer a wide range of options (including business, catering, computing, engineering and management), in which you will have practical training backed up with excellent classroom activities to help you start or progress in the career of your choice. Qualifications offer entry points at a variety of levels and you can progress to qualifications that provide entry into University or other high level/post degree professional qualifications.

Your experience in industry will also be taken into consideration when deciding which level is suitable for you.

We know that adults in particular have to juggle learning with their demanding lives outside the College, and we will do our best to support you through your course, so that 'you can get to where you want to be’.

Always remember that there are plenty of people who can discuss your career ideas with you and help you find the right course at the right level.
