As a general Further Education College, Waltham Forest can provide training
in a wide range of vocational areas to meet the needs of public and private
sector organisations.
We have positioned ourselves to be able to
identify and offer a range of propositions to meet the needs of employers
that can be delivered at one of our centres or, more importantly, in the
workplace.

As part of a Government initiative we will visit employers and carry out
a training needs analysis. This examines the organisational aims and
objectives against the existing capabilities of the workforce.
