Welcome to the Waltham Forest College Corporation
The Corporation (Governing Body) has sixteen members (Governors) – click here to see who they are.
Here is some outline information about the Corporation:
- there are nine meetings of the full Corporation each year (three per term)
- plus one annual Corporation Planning Conference
- meetings have ‘Structured agendas’ based on a business cycle
- each of the three termly meetings follow a set theme:
- the Learner Experience (LE) including curriculum development and quality assurance on the first meeting each Term
- People and the Environment (PE) – personnel, property, etc on the second meeting each Term
- Financial Health (FH) on the third meeting each Term.
The Corporation has three Committees:
- Audit Committee
- Search Committee
- Remuneration Committee
The Audit Committee meets approximately five times each year. The Search and Remuneration Committees meet when required but at least once each in any year. Click the committee links above to view:
