
| Who is this course for? | Anyone who wishes to pursue a career in Social Work or other Care-related professions. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t studied for some time. These courses can lead to a wide range of degree courses at university. We work with local universities on various courses, providing you with a more accessible route to university. However, on successfully completing the programme you can apply for any appropriate course in the country. |

| Entry requirements: | - Interview and assessment. All students will be assessed on their Literacy & Numeracy skills before interview - It’s expected that you’ll have at least one year’s caring experience in a paid or voluntary capacity - You’re expected to be highly motivated and have a keen interest in social work issues and practice.. |
| What will I study? | - Working with Groups - Work Practice Issues - Social Policy - Research - Information Technology (IT) and Numeracy - Social Science - Study and Communication Skills - Preparation for Higher Education. |
