The entry requirements for this course are:

• 5 GCSEs at Grade 6 and above including maths, English and the subject relevant to the course you wish to study
• Assessment and interview

This course consists of the following modules:

• Cells
• Organisms Exchange Substances with Their Environment
• Genetic Information, Variation, and Relationships between Organisms
• Energy Transfers in and between Organisms
• Organisms Respond to Changes in Their Internal and External Environments
• Genetics, Populations, Evolution and Ecosystems
• The Control of Gene Expression

You will be assessed via:

• Paper 1: Biological Processes (33.3%)
• Paper 2: Biological Diversity (33.3%)
• Paper 3: Unified Biology (33.3%)

The course is entirely assessed via examination, students will have to complete practical tasks which are evidenced and signed off by their teachers.
