    The entry requirements for this course are: 

    • 5 GCSEs at Grade 6 and above including maths and English
    • Assessment and interview

    This course consists of the following modules:

    • Language, the individual and society
    • Language diversity and change
    • Language in action (independent investigation)
  • How will I be assessed?

    You will be assessed via:

    • Paper 1: Language, the Individual and Society (40%)
    • Paper 2: Language Diversity and Change (40%)
    • Non-exam assessment: Language in Action (20%)
