This course is designed for Junior Chefs aged 11-16.
Chefs Academy is a short course which aims to inspire young people to get healthy and creative with food. It is open to all abilities and under the expert guidance of our chefs students will prepare a range of simple and more advanced dishes.
The entry requirements for this course is:
Keen interest in cooking
£150 fee to cover ingredients and tuition for the course duration
This course consists of the following modules:
- Meat preparation and Cooking
- Poultry preparation and; Cooking
- Fish Preparation and Cooking
- Vegetables and Vegetarian Dishes
- Bread Making
- Making fresh pasta
- Cakes and Desserts
