This course is designed for 19+ Adults.
This course will run for 10 weeks on a Thursday between 6pm and 9pm.
This qualification will allow you to learn the basics of baking.
This course will equip keen bakers with the skills to produce wonderful baked pieces
The entry requirements for this course are:
No formal qualifications but a keen interest in baking however.

- Apple sandwich cake
- Easy honey flapjacks
- Scones
- Ultimate quiche Lorraine
- Doughnut dough
- Profiteroles
- Plain flour bread
- Perfect apple pie
- Classic lemon tart
This is not a formally assessed course and candidates will not receive a formal academic certificate at the end but will achieve a certificate of attendance.
