This course is designed for 19+ adults who would like to work or already work in a primary or secondary school as a teaching or learning support assistant and who are seeking professional accreditation for their specialist skills.
This course will lead to:
• Higher education qualification or full teaching degree.
The entry requirements for this course are:
• Level 2 qualification or demonstrate highly competent written and spoken communication skills
• You will preferably be employed in a primary or secondary school as a teaching assistant or learning support assistant
• You will be required to attend an informal interview which may include completing an assessment based on your prior qualifications
