The Principles of Cyber Security Level 2 Certificate is designed for individuals who want to develop a foundational understanding of the cyber security landscape, whether to protect their own data, upskill in their current job, or take the first step toward a dedicated tech career. Delivered on-campus via a weekly three-hour evening class to accommodate working adults, this course explores the key concepts of digital security.
You will learn about the various types of cyber threats facing individuals and organisations, the legal and ethical obligations concerning data protection, and the practical methods used to maintain secure environments. This provides an excellent stepping stone for further technical study.
