Baking for Beginners - September start
Discover the enjoyment of baking with our practical 8-week Baking for Beginners course. Designed for anyone who wants to build confidence in a professional kitchen, this hands-on course will introduce you to the essential skills and techniques needed to create a range of delicious baked products.
Classes will include:
Introduction to a professional kitchen, food hygiene, understanding equipment, weighing and measuring accurately, following and understanding recipes methods and upscaling, using professional kitchen equipment and developing employability skills.
