The Assoication of Colleges (Aoc) would like to invite you to join us and others at our Equity Exchange Networking Event hosted by Waltham Forest College.

11am until 2pm.
Having been established for over a year now, the Equity Exchange has brought together equity, diversity & inclusion practitioners in the Further Education (FE) Sector and beyond to speak about current issues, share best practice and toolkits in a psychological safe environment. In recent times, this initiative has been instrumental in identifying ways in which to support staff and students to feel safe in their college environments and has become especially valuable given the Ofsted Toolkit’s focus on inclusivity
Join us to hear more about Waltham Forest College’s EDI journey over the last few years, how they strive to ensure equity in the opportunities offered through recruitment, development & pay, and how staff and students are supported into aspirational roles. There will also be an interactive discussion to further explore how they break down barriers for women, apprentices and various staff networks.
There will be the opportunity to network with other practitioners to continue conversations and support one another further.
