The Personal Licence Holder Level 2 Award is a mandatory qualification for anyone who plans to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol in England and Wales. Delivered over two accessible evening sessions, this course provides a comprehensive overview of the Licensing Act 2003 and the responsibilities that come with holding a Personal Licence.

You will learn about the role and legal responsibilities of the personal licence holder, the penalties relating to failure to comply with the law, the premises licence, and the protection of children from harm.
