This course offers enriching experiences that contribute to personal and community growth.
The Prince's Trust Team Programme helps young people get their lives working and overcome barriers, uncover hidden talents, develop team-working and communication skills, gain awareness of their local community and how they can contribute to it, assume some responsibility for tasks, and gain nationally recognised qualifications.
Activities include community projects, residential trips, team challenges, work experience, English and maths skill development, and improving interview and CV skills.
The course runs five days a week from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Access to the Creative Hub and leadership opportunities are provided along with mentoring from industry professionals.

The Prince's Trust Team Programme is the UK's leading youth charity helping disadvantaged young people to realise their potential and transform their lives, through practical support including training, mentoring and financial assistance. Over 150,000 young people and 10,000 employees have taken part since the programme was launched in 1990.

Entry Requirements
The entry requirements for this course are:
- Learners must be aged 16 to 25 years old and not in employment or education
- Learners do not need any other qualifications as pre-requisites to entry

All assessments will offer you an opportunity to pass. The qualifications are 100% portfolio assessed and are graded as pass or fail.

Enrichment
Learners on the Prince's Trust Team Programme will have access to a range of exciting and enriching activities including, trips and visits, Skills Competition, team building activities, corporate workshops and guest lectures and reward schemes.

Work Experience
You must complete (2 weeks) of external work placement which is an essential part of the programme. Some of the opportunities will include placements with employers in the retail, hospitality, healthcare, construction, non-profit, tech sectors and more.
