Adult learner, Diandra Malcolm, who studied Access to Nursing and Midwifery before progressing to King’s College London, said: “I was inspired to go into Nursing from my love for caring for my grandmother and great-grandmother in Jamaica. My classmates and my tutors motivated me so much during the pandemic to stay on track and push towards my targets. Applications are now open for adult courses starting in January for those looking to retrain, upskill or pursue a new career, and they may be entitled to study for free.

Stephen Upton Bryant Electrical Installations

Adult learner, Stephen Upton-Bryant, who studied Electrical Installation at the College, said: “As a mature student I was apprehensive about returning to education, however, I found my confidence and found staff to be extremely supportive and encouraging to fulfil my career aspirations”.
